Fabric & Cutting Instructions:

Assorted Light/Med Pinks:

    (12) 2 1/2" Squares

      (4) 3" squares - draw diagonal line on wrong side of fabric

Dark Pink:

     (1)  2 1/2" square

Assorted Light/Med Blues:

     (16) 2 1/2" squares

       (4)  3" squares

Assorted Dark Blues:

     (4) 2 1/2" squares

White:

     (4) 2 1/2" x 4 1/2"

Sewing Instructions:

Make Half Square Triangles by placing (1) 3" Med/Light Pink square on top of (1) 3" Light/Med Blue square.  Sew 1/4" on each side of drawn line. Cut apart on line, and press to blue.        Square up to 2 1/2"

Make 8

Assemble 9-patches as shown below:               Square up to 6 1/2"

Make 4

Sew (1) 2 1/2" Dark Blue square on one end of (1) 2 1/2" x 4 1/2" White strip.

Make 4

Assemble your block as shown:

Your block should measure 14 1/2"
