Fabric & Cutting Requirements:

Dark Brown...... (8) 2 1/2" squares                           Light Brown....... (2) 5" squares - draw diagonal line on wrong side

Gold................   (4)  2 1/2" x 5" strips                       Rusty Red..........  (4) 2 1/2" x 5" strips

                          (2)   5" squares                                                              (1) 2 1/2" square

White..............   (4) 2 1/2" x 4 1/2" strips

Fall is in the air!  Think rich, deep autumn colors when selecting fabrics.

Sewing Instructions: 

Make Half Square Triangles by placing (1) 5" Light Brown square on top of (1) 5" Gold square, right sides together.

Stitch 1/4" on each side of drawn line.  Cut apart on line, and press to Light Brown.         Square up to 4 1/2"

Make 4

Sew (1) 2 1/2" x 5" Rusty Red strip to (1) 2 1/2" x 5" Gold                       Sew (1) 2 1/2" Dark Brown square to one end of

strip, as shown.  Subcut into (2) 2 1/2" x 4 1/2" units.                               (1)  2 1/2" x 4 1/2" White strip
