1. Sew (1)  2”x 8 ½”  White strip to  (1)  2" x 8 ½” Red strip lengthwise. 

   Subcut into  (4) 2" x 3 1/2" units as shown.  Repeat  with (9) more White and

   (9) more Red strips.

                                                                                     

                          Make 40 units

2. Repeat the above steps using (10) Dark Blue 2" x 8 ½” with (10) White 2" x 8 ½” strips.

                         Make 40 units

 

3. Make 4-patches, as shown using the above units. Your 4-patches should

   Measure 3 ½”x 3 ½”.

4.  Sew a 4-patch on each side of a White 3 1/2" square, being careful of color

placement of 4-patches.
