Cutting Instructions:

Dark Blue............(6)  3 1/2" squares

Light Blue...........(12)  2" x 9 1/2"

                        (12)  2" x 12 1/2"

Sewing Instructions: 

Sew (1) QST on each side of (1) 3 1/2" Dark Blue square as shown, being careful of placement:

Make a Star Block by using above unit and units                                  Sew (1) 2" x 9 1/2"  Light Blue strip to opposite sides of Star Block.

made in previous clue, as shown:                                                         Press out.Next, sew (1) 2" x 12 1/2" Light Blue strip to top & bottom
