Sew (1)  2 1/2" x 10 1/2"  WHITE strip between (2)  2 1/2" x 10 1/2" BLUE strips as shown.   Subcut into 2 1/2" x 6 1/2" units.

Repeat until you have 40 units.

Sew (1)  4 1/2" x 10 1/2"  GOLD strip to (1)  2 1/2" x 10 1/2" BLUE strip as shown.  Subcut into 2 1/2" x 6 1/2" units.

Repeat until you have 40 units.
