Sew (1)  4 1/2" x 10 1/2" RED to (1)  2 1/2" x 10 1/2" BLUE strip as shown. 

Subcut into 2 1/2" x 6 1/2" units.

Repeat process until you have a total of 40 units.                           LABEL:  "Z"

Sew (1) RED 2 1/2" square between (2) HST units, being careful of placement as shown.
