Sew a 2 1/2" RED square on each end of your remaining "B" units.  Sew this new unit to each top and bottom of your 9 patches, matching seams, as shown to make a Valor Block.     Your block should measure 10 1/2"

Make 13

Sew (1)  "A" unit,  (1) "M" unit, and (1) "Z" unit together as shown, being careful of unit and color placement to make a Chain Link Block.

                        Make 40

         Your block should measure 6 1/2"
