With right sides together stitch (1) RED 2 ½” x WOF, (1) WHITE 2 ½”x WOF, and (1) BLUE 2 ½” x WOF strips together lengthwise.  Subcut into 4 ½” units as shown:

Repeat above process until you have a total of 28 units. 4 1/2" x 6 1/2"              Label:     Red/White/Blue Strips

Assemble sub-units to make  “UNIT A” as shown.                           Label:    Unit A

     Left Red                Blue/Gold               Right Red                    Make 4       Units should measure 4 1/2" x 12 1/2"

Assemble sub-units to make “UNIT B” as shown.                           Label:   Unit B

4-Patch              Flying Geese Units      4-Patch                  Make 4      Units should measure 4 1/2" x 12 1/2"

Assemble sub-units to make  “UNIT C” as shown.                              Label:   Unit C

Blue/Gold              Red Square              Blue/Gold                  Make 6    Units should measure 4 1/2" x 12 1/2"

Assemble sub-units to make  “UNIT D” as shown.                               Label:  Unit D

Flying Geese Units        Blue Square      Flying Geese Units                Make 6     Units should measure 4 1/2' x 12 1/2"
